Q4. Explain the different views of a PowerPoint presentation.


Ans. PowerPoint presentations can be seen using different views:
1. Normal View: This view displays the current slide and is best for editing the text and
graphics on a slide.
2. Slide Sorter View: It is useful for selecting multiple slides and also used for changing the
order of slides.
3. Notes Page: This view displays one slide at a time with an area below to add extra notes
about the content.
4. Reading View: It allows you to view presentation as a slideshow with complete access
to the application window.
Q5. How do you come out of MS PowerPoint 2010 presentation without coming out of
the MS PowerPoint 2010 application?
Ans. Click on File menu → Close option.
This option will close the presentation but the application continues to run
