EMCEE:

Good [morning/afternoon], ladies and gentlemen. We will begin our graduation ceremony in a few
moments. As we wait for the formal program to start, please take note of the following reminders to
ensure a smooth and meaningful celebration:

 Kindly switch your mobile phones to silent mode or turn them off to avoid interruptions during
the ceremony.
 Flash photography is not allowed during the ceremony. Our official photographers will be
capturing the event. You may take photos after the program.
 We encourage everyone to remain seated and observe solemnity throughout the program to
give honor to the achievements of our graduates.
 Please avoid standing or blocking the aisles during the processional and awarding of diplomas.
 Graduates are requested to remain in their seats and follow instructions from the marshals.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Once again, welcome to the [Year] College
