1. All teams need to maintain proper Jersey and Shoes.


2. The teams should bring their own equipment and materials except Ball.
3. Reporting Time (morning)= 8 am; Toss= 8:45 am; Match Start:- 9 am sharp
Reporting Time (afternoon)= 11:40 am; Toss= 12:30 pm; Match Start:- 12:45 pm
4. If any team fail to report on the ground 15 minutes before toss, then team management of that particular team
need to pay a penalty of Rs 3000/-
5. Every team will get a match time of 1 hour 20 minutes.
6. For slow Over Rate, a penalty of Rs 500/- will be imposed on captain for that match, and if it repeat in another
match then the Captain wiil be ban for a match.
7. 12th Man or any player of the team will maintain proper jersey while entering the field during on going match
for any purpose (except when match is over) . Wearing Slippers,crocs etc will not be allowed on the field during
ongoing match. If it is not followed then penalty of Five (+5) runs will be imposed.
8. If any Under-19 player got injury/cramp etc during on going match, then He can be replacable for only 02 overs
by any senior player for only fielding purpose after confirmation and verification by the match officials.
9. If any injured Under-19 player not able to continue in an on going match then he can be replacable by their
reserve Under-19 player from their squad for that whole match only for fielding purpose. If the team doesn’t
have their reserve under-19 player on the field then they need to continue with their 10 players for the rest of
the match. (corelate with point no 08)
10. If there is only one under-19 player present till the time of toss for any match, then that team will be allowed to
play only with 10 players for that particular match with a fine of Rs 3000/- only.
11. If any Under-19 player got injured during any match and he remain unfit to continue for rest of the matches,
then he can be replaced by any available under-19 player from Karbi Anglong district by submitting proper
documents to organizing committee by the team management. Proper medical report need to be submitted.
12. If any under-19 player remain unavailable due to school/college exam, then the team management need to
produce the proper examination details of the player to the organizng comiitee for replacement. (corelate with
point no 11)
13. Under-19 player replacable by Under-19 player in any condition.(corelate with point no 08)
14. If it rains and stops then Morning matches will not resume after 12 noon or in evening slot; and for Evening
matches it will not resume after 4pm or carry on another day in league matches. Points will be shared for
abandoned matches.
15. After rain, if the Ground is prepared for playing then the match officials will decide the over,time etc..and all
things for a fully fucntional match.
16. In case of rain, if the two innings complete 6 overs each in a single match then result of that match will be
decided as per DLS method (cric heroes app).
17. In case of rain, if a match got washout then the points will be shared to both the teams.
18. In case of rain, matches of Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 is washout due to rain, the winner of the match
will be decided through “TOSS” (corelate with point no 16)
19. In case if the match is Tie, the winner will be decided through “super Over”
20. The rules regarding impact player will not be considered.
21. The Man of the Match will be awarded in every match with a momento.
22. Player of the tournament, Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Emerging player of the tournament, Best wicket keeper
will be awarded in the tournament.
23. Players/Officials should not involve in Chewning tobaaco or consuming alocohol products in the venue of 3 rd
Karbi Anglong Premier League 2025. A fine of Rs 2000/- will be imposed if any one violates this rule.
24. On 26th March 2025, Inaguration of 3rd KAPL 2025 atleast 11 players from each team (08 teams) should be
present in the field for the opening ceremony. If any team fails to do that, then 01 Icon Player, 01 retain player
will be banned from palying in one match with an fine of Rs 1500/- (icon player for new franchisee) (icon and
retain player for old franchisee)
25. For any unprecedented situation in an ongoing match then Match officials and Match refree will be fully
authorised to mitigate the situation with the power of handlig the situation and continue the match smmothly.
26. Proper black coloured/jersey theme coloured/dark coloured pants is mandatory for all players, White
coloured/light coloured pants are not allowed. Team owners need to pay a fine of Rs 1000/- if any player not
obey this rule.
27. A Gentleman behaviour will be appreciated from all players during the matches.
28. No interference will be accepted in the working of organizing committee for KAPL 2025.
