Q24. Atul purchased a rectangular plot to construct a school in a village to impart education

Based on the above information, answer the following questions.
i. Find the dimensions of the plot.
ii. What is the degree of given expression.
iii. If both the dimensions are increased by 2 units, what will be the new area?
