1. That the Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax, 5% Commission and
Notarial Fees shall be account by the Seller;
2. That the Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax, ROD Registration shall
be account by the Buyer;
3. The AUTHORIZED Sales Agent /Representative whose name and
signature appears are entitled to receive a reasonable commission of
(5%) from the total agreed price or amount will be given to the
concerned agent.
4. It is also UNDERSTOOD that any overprice amount from the final agreed
negotiating price shall be made automatically and directly deposited to
the account of the authorized and involved sales agent /representative.
5. Released of the reasonable commission is automatically upon payment of
the BUYER.
6. This Authority expires on ___________________________.
