This Instrument, made and executed by and between:

___________________, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of


____________________________, Davao del Norte, Philippines hereinafter referred to as the
VENDORS,

___________________, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married to ___________________and a
resident of Purok 1, Matina, Biao, Tugbok, Davao City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDEE.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the VENDORS are the registered owners of a parcel of land identified as
___________________ containing an area of FIFTY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
FORTY SIX (59,846) Square Meters, more or less, situated at Barangay of San Isidro,
Monkayo, Province of Davao covered by Transfer Certificate of Title
___________________;
That FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
THOUSAND (₱1,500,000.00) PESOS, Philippine Currency, the VENDEE has offered to buy
and the VENDORS have agreed to sell the above-mentioned property, together with the
improvements found therein for a price and under the terms and conditions herein set forth:
a). That upon the execution of this Contract, the sum of ONE HUNDRED
FORTY FIVE THOUSAND (₱145,000.00) PESOS shall be paid by the
VENDEE to the VENDORS;
b). That the remaining balance of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
FIVE THOUSAND (₱1,355,000.00) PESOS shall be paid by the VENDEE to
the VENDORS on or before APRIL 26, 2019;

That the PARTIES further agree that upon Full payment of the purchase price a Deed of
Absolute Sale shall be executed by the VENDOR in favor of the VENDEE.
