INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

1. Choose ONE of the topics provided and prepare a speech of 3 minutes.


2. It is important that you research your chosen topic. Your speech needs to be
informative, logical and original.
3. You are allowed to agree or disagree with your chosen topic.
4. Use the rubric provided as a guideline when preparing your speech.
5. Provide your educator with a written copy of your speech.
6. You are not allowed to read your speech; ensure that you are fully prepared.
7. You are allowed to use cue cards.
8. You are required to have visual/other aids to strengthen your presentation.
