Responsibilities
1. See everyday AKTU & AICTE website for finding various notifications
regarding Training & Placement.
2. Prepare list on companies/firms/organizations providing training to
M.Tech, MBA, B.Tech & Diploma students separately.
3. Make list of companies where in internship based training is given for
completing UG/PG Projects.
4. Prepare list of National & Multinational Companies for On & Off
Campuses.
5. Consult news papers & other sources and the notifications for job in govt.
& private sector. It would be identified twice in a week i.e. on Wednesday
and Saturday.
6. Make a TPO WhatsApp group of students for messaging any information.
7. Make data base of final & pre final year students which has all information
about the students including their mobile no., e-mail, mailing address,
branch, year etc. generate Google for data base.
Alumni Association Cell
SDCET, Muzaffarnagar is one of the premier institute under the
umbrella of The S.D. College Association, being guiding and gilding globe
from last 25 years. SDCET, Muzaffarnagar is proud to have a group of about
10,000+ engineers, technocrats, entrepreneurs, team leaders and
managers as its alumni. The Institute acknowledges and takes immense
pride on our alumni for their achievements and advancement. Alumni
Association Cell is a group of students and faculty members from each
department working under the guidance of Er. Saurabh Mittal as Incharge.
Our alumni are one of our greatest strengths and the brand ambassadors of
the institute. We feel proud of our alumni and students who are constantly
bringing fame and reputation to the institute by excelling in their respective
fields. To bolster the bond between alumni and the institution, a new
WhatsApp group has been introduced. We see this alumni group as a nodal
point that will bind and facilitate the alumni community to contribute directly
and indirectly to the professional growth of fellow-mates, juniors and
seniors.

Objectives of Alumni Association:

· Organizing Alumni Meet yearly to develop the bonding between Alumni
and the institution.
· Appreciating the contributions made by the Alumni members for
enhancing the prestige of the Institute.
· Conducting alumni activities in the respective department like guest
lecture, workshops, project reviews, judging for competitions etc.,
taking place in the college.
· Interacting with Alumni through internet and updating their information
on college website.
The Wellness Centre:
S. D. College of Engineering and Technology is a sister organization of
S.D. Medical Institute and Research Centre, Muzaffarnagar, run by The
Sanatan Dhram College Association, Muzaffarnagar. Hence free medical
checkup and prescriptions including medical aid are given by medical
institute to the staff and student of the college. Medical counseling session to
the staff and students are as per requirement.
