I would like to welcome you here at CENTERTECH or the CENTER FOR TECHNICAL
EXCELLENCE, wherein CENTECH is the first private Technical-Vocational institution
offering TM1 in Batangas.It is equipped with complete facilities and has competent
and accredited facilitators.

Early on this morning, I already checked the availability of materials and the
functionality and completeness of tools and equipment.

I am Eduardo G Valiente jr, your trainer for Electrical Installation and Maintenance
NC 11. Let me first check your attendance. Once I called your name pls.sign the
attendance.

Before we proceed our orientation proper I have here with the In conducting Pre-
Assessment, I will distribute the pre-assessment tool for you to answers: (1) Data
Gathering Instrument, (2) Self-Assessment Checklist, (3) Pre-Test/Written Exam. To
be able for me to acknowledge or determine if you have the prior knowledge on this
qualification. I have here with me the Data Gathering Instrument, you are going to
answer this for only 10 minutes…OK, YOUR DONE!

Self Assessment Checklist is also part of Pre-Assessment tool, you are going to
answer this for also 10 minutes. YOUR DONE, THANK YOU!

And for our last Pre-Assessment Tool, I have here with me the Pre-test or Written
test that contains different questions from the qualifications. This measures if you
have the prior knowledge. Answer this for 30 minutes. YOUR DONE! THANK YOU!

Since we done with our tna answering with tna form. So iguess we now ready to
proceed with our orientation. The result of our tna form we will discuss tom.

The training delivery approach applied is the Competency Based Training (CBT) that
focuses on the competency development of the learner as a result of the training
(1)Emphasizes most on what the learner can actually do (2)Focuses on outcomes
rather than the learning process within specified time,
(3) Concerned with the attainment and application of knowledge, skills and attitude
to a specific level of competency.

WORKSHOP LAYOUT - is the art of planning and positioning the machine, tools,
equipment, employees, amenities and other required utilities.

Before this orientation ends, I would like to request from you to bring any proof of
evidences such as Cert. Of Training, Cert.of Achievement, Cert.of Employment. This
is for us to recognize your prior knowledge for this qualification.

DAY 2

TRAINING PROPER

Let us start this session with a short prayer….AMEN

I have already checked the availability of materials and the functionality and
completeness of tools and equipment early in this morning.

Now let us check your attendance. Pls sign on the attendance sheet, once I called
your name.

Based on the result of your Pre-Assessment taken, your Data Gathering Instrument,
Self -Assessment Checklist and your Pre-test exam. I can say that Ms. Rosette Santos
has the prior learning knowledge in Electrical Installation and maintenance NCII. But
on the other side, Ms. Jocelyn Tavas has no prior learning knowledge on this
qualifications. However, Ms. Jocelyn Tavas you need not to worry about that
because the unit of competency that you need to acquire will be given to you
completely.

Ms. Santos, since you have the prior knowledge on this qualification, you may now
proceed to the Institutional Assessment Area to take your Performance Test,
Performance Criteria Checklist and Written Test.

Based on your Performance Test, Demonstration with Oral Questioning, you have
successfully passed
Or you have a grade of competent for this qualification. Let me upgrade your
progress chart and achievement chart. I will giving you now the Cert. of
Achievement. Then, you can proceed to the next unit of competency at the
Contextual Learning Laboratory. I will giving you the Module, the CBLM and Self
Check Test. After answering the Self Check Test, compare your answers to the
answer keys, then proceed to Institutional Assessment Area for Demonstration with
Oral Questioning, then again I will update your Progress Chart & Achievement Chart.

Ms. Rosette Santos, based on the result of your demonstration, you are now
competent enough for the qualification. You can take your National Assessment and
for the schedule pls. wait for the further instruction or announcement. For the
meantime, kindly wait at the Contextual Learning Laboratory

However, Ms. Jocelyn Tavas since you don’t have the prior knowledge, I have here a
recorded video for you to be able to acquire the knowledge or the information you
needed for this qualification. Ok, after you have seen the recorded video. I think
you are now ready, kindly proceed to Practical Work Area for your demonstration
with oral questioning, and answer the Performance and Written Test.

OK, Ms. Tavas your done.kindly proceed to Institutional Assessment Area. Based on
the the result of your demonstration and oral questioning, and the result of your
Performance & Written Test, you are now Competent for the qualification and I will
be issuing to you the Certificate of Achievement.

Pls.proceed to Contextual Learning Laboratory to read & answer the instructional

materials, answer Self Check Test and compare answers to answer keys.

Ms Tavas, kindly proceed to Institutional Assessment for your demonstration with

oral questioning, then answer Performance and Written Test. Ok, you are done and
based on the result you have passed and I will be issuing your Certificate of Training.
Pls. go to the Contextual Learning Laboratory for some annoucements.

Before we end our training, I am going to distribute the Training Evaluation Tool for
you to evaluate the trainer/facilitator as well as the said evaluation tool is for the
improvement of the facilities. Again, the purpose of the said evaluation are to
evaluate the performance of the trainer, the methods used and to evaluate the
institutions.
