REGULATIONS DURING OUR ONLINE LESSONS.
To ensure a productive and respectful learning environment:

1. Be Punctual

• Join the session a few minutes before the lesson starts.


• If you are running late, inform the instructor ahead of time.

2. Mute Microphones When Not Speaking

• Keep your microphone muted unless you are actively participating to minimize background noise.

3. Use Video (If Possible) especially when on the microphone

• Keep your camera on during the lesson to stay engaged and show attentiveness.
• If your camera must be off for any reason, inform the instructor in advance.

4. Be Prepared

• Have your materials (notebook, pen, books, etc.) ready before the lesson starts.
• Ensure your internet connection is stable and your devices are charged.

5. Respect the Speaker and others present in the class

• Don’t interrupt others when they are speaking. Wait for your turn.
• If you have questions or comments, use the "raise hand" feature or wait for an appropriate moment.
• Use appropriate language and be considerate of your classmates and instructor.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Stay Focused

• Avoid distractions (like social media, texting, or playing games) during the lesson.
• Be present, and engage with the content to maximize your learning experience.

7. Participate Actively

• Respond when called upon and contribute to discussions.


• Ask questions if something is unclear, or share your thoughts to enrich the conversation.

9. Adhere to the Lesson Structure

• Follow the lesson's schedule and timing (breaks, activities, and assignments).
• Stay on topic during discussions and group work.

10. Respect Privacy

• Do not record or take screenshots of the session without permission.


• Be mindful of sharing personal information in the virtual classroom.

11. Ask for Help If Needed

• Don’t hesitate to reach out to the instructor or classmates if you need assistance with the material.
• Use the chat feature for questions that can be answered during the lesson.

NB: This is a lesson like any other; any call/question that goes unresponded to will be registered as absenteeism from class.
