Indicator light
1. When unlocking by Bluetooth and fingerprint not registered, a red light flashes to indicate Bluetooth awakened
by touching fingerprint panel.
2. Flashing blue light 2 times indicates to unlock successfully, flashing 3 times indicates to be locked. Long time
flashing a blue light indicates that it connects with phone Bluetooth;
3. It flashes no light when the lock disconnects with the phone’s Bluetooth or does not operate for 45s during
connected with phone Bluetooth.
4. Flashing a blue light indicates that the lock has opened successfully by fingerprinting.
5. Flashing a red light indicates that lock fails to open. Flashing red light and blue light alternatively indicate that
the lock is in low battery and need to charge.
6. It flashes green light to indicate in charging. It flashes green light for long time when battery is charged up to
90%. It does not flash light when full charged.
Operate instruction
Download APP
1. iPhone users can download the App by searching for “OKLOK+” in App Store.
2. Android phone users can download the App in Google Play or by searching for “OKLOK+” in App store. It can
also download through browser(Open the browser – Click “ ” – Scan the QR code attached with lock – Enter
the download link – Click to download – the installation package will save in the browser “my download” – Click
“install “after downloaded).
Attention
It prompts to allow the permission of Bluetooth and Location in the process of installation.
1. Android phones must allow the permission before opening the lock normally.
2. iPhones must allow the permission of Bluetooth to unlock at least.
When using the lock, if Bluetooth is on, the APP is still prompting “please turn on Bluetooth” continuously, 1.iphone
user please allow the permission of Bluetooth by entering “Settings” button to find WeChat or OKLOK+ APP;
2.android phones users please go to Settings – Apps ¬ifications -Permission -find “OKLOK+”- Open Bluetooth
permission and location permission.
Register an account
For the first time it need to register an account of OKLOK+ APP: Open the APP – Click “Register an account”
button – Enter phone number(only China mainland) or email address – Click “get code” Input the verification code
(from SMS or mailbox)- Set password-Click”login”. It completes the registration process.
Add the lock
After registered, enter the APP – Click “ “icon on the right side – Scan the QR code attached with lock Rename
the lock – Touch fingerprint panel ( to wake up the lock) – Lock flashes light – Open successfully (means
completed adding.)
If the QR code lost, it can add the lock by Bluetooth searching. Make phone close to the lock – Click “ ” in the
screen- Touch fingerprint panel (to wake up the lock) – Lock lashes light) – Click the device named of “OK” – Click
“Immediately binding” – Open successfully (means completed adding).
Delete the lock: Click the device name– Enter unlocking page- Click button-Click “Ubind” and
“confirm” button.
Attention
The first user adding the lock will become the administrator of the lock. To change administrator, the current
administrator must delete the lock from his/her account.New administrator adds the lock by re-scaning the QR
code or searching Bluetooth. To save memory space, please delete all unnecessary fingerprints of old accounts.
Register fingerprints
Open the lock by App -Click the lock name- Click “Finger” button- Click “Fingerprint setting” at the bottom – Set a
name for the fingerprint – Press on fingerprint panel 5 times – Finish registration(your fingerprint will show in the
page of fingerprint management.)
Attention
Only administrators can set to register fingerprints and delete fingerprints. The old version locks can not delete
single fingerprint.
Add friends
Friends needs to download “OKLOK+” APP firstly. Register an account and login – Click “Friends” at the bottom –
Click “Add friend’at the top right – Input phone number or emails of administrator – Administrator receive friend’s
request by SMS or email – Administrator agree (become friends)Refuse can not be friends.
Remotely authorize
Authorize by administrator: Only administrators can authorize users. Enter the APP -Click the lock name – Click
“Auth” in the bottom – Choose “permanent auth / periodic auth / temporary auth” to friends.
Authorize to friends: Click “Friends” in the bottom- Choose & Click the friend – Click “Auth” button- Authorize f r i e
n d s ‘ permanently or batch.
Request Authorization: applicant click or -Scan the QR code / Search Bluetooth-Applicate to Aurth-
Prompt administrator(by SMS or email) Administrator Click “Agree” (authrize succesfully) Click “refuse” means not
to authorize). At the same time the two users become friends automatically.
Cancel opening authorization
View the phone’s opening record: Click”Records” in the bottom – View phone’s all opening records, including the
user and the open time.
View fingerprint opening record: Enter the lock name – Click “record” button – Click ” Synchronize fingerprint
opening record” – Touch fingerprint panel- Synchronize fingerprint unlock record after connected automatically.
Attention
During synchronizing fingerprint opening records, it should make the phone close to the lock. Please do not
disconnect Bluetooth or shut off the APP midway, otherwise it will lead to the records incomplete.
Usually it stores fingerprint opening records in the built-in memory inside the lock. Due to memory limits, up to 200
unlock records will be stored. Old records will be deleted automatically when memory is full.
Service support
In personal center,it can contact with our customer service officer online or by telephone, or write down your
questions or suggestions through “Feedback”. Our reply can be found in ” Feedback record”.
Charge problem
If it occurs the situation, 1 the indicator light does not flash; 2 the red light flashes and the lock cannot be opened ;
3 the lock cannot be locked, it should be in low battery or out of power. Suggest to charge the lock for half an hour
before opening.
If it does not flash blue light when charging the lock, please check the charge port whether USB cable is plugged
in up side down. Please plug in the USB cable properly. Cable plugged in reversely will fail to charge and may
damage the battery.
If the lock does not charge after USB cable is plugged in properly, please clean pins in charge port with a Q-tip
and try again.
If the lock still does not charge after all attempts, please contact customer service.
