1)- (9 marks)
a)- a)- b)-Give reasons;
- Blow moulding moulds typically contain a cooling system. (1.5)
- Most ceramic products are designed to be single piece structures. (2)

- Filler and lubricant added to resins. (2)


- Rotational moulding process recommended for thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic.

- Thermosetting polymers characteristically brittle. (1.5)

2)- (7 marks)
