Organizing the conference effectively requires careful planning and coordination.


1. Planning and Conceptualization
- Define Objectives: What are the key themes and goals of the conference?
2. Target Audience: Academicians, researchers, industry professionals, policymakers, and students.
3. Conference Format: Hybrid (physical + virtual)
4. Date and Venue: 2082/05/28-29 (September 13th and 14th 2025)
5. Budgeting and Funding: Venue, catering, speaker fees, travel expenses, printing, online platforms,
etc.
6. Sponsorship and Grants:
- Seek funding from universities, industries, and government agencies
- Registration Fees: Determine fee structure (early bird, regular, student discounts, etc.).
7. Different Committees:
- Organizing Committee:
