2. Prioritization using ABC Model

The ABC model categorizes tasks by importance:

• A - Very Important/Urgent: These are the most crucial tasks that must be done. Often have deadlines
or significant consequences.

• B - Important/Medium Priority: These tasks are important but not as urgent as "A" tasks. Delaying
them might have some consequences.

completed.

Here's the prioritized list:

• A:

• Work on Math Assignment (Due Friday)

• Write History Essay (Due next week)

• Review notes from the last lecture (Helpful for understanding the material)

• Buy groceries (Need food!)

• C:

• Go to the gym

• Reply to emails

3. Optimization using the 4Ds

The 4Ds are:

• Do: Complete the task immediately if it's quick and important.

• Defer: Schedule the task for later if it's important but not urgent.

• Delegate: Assign the task to someone else if possible. (Note: Hard to delegate many student tasks, but
think about it.)

• Delete: Remove the task entirely if it's no longer relevant or necessary.
