I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the scrolling issue with your M221. As per our telephone conversation, I am writing to provide you with the troubleshooting
steps and Logitech Authorized Service Center details. Please find the details below.

1. Clean the scroll wheel with compressed air.


2. Make sure the wheel itself moves and isn’t physically stuck.
3. Check if the Scroll/Gesture settings in the Logitech Software are correctly selected:
If you use Logitech Options click here.
4. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar.
5. Unpair/repair or disconnect/reconnect hardware.

The above steps should help you resolve the issue. If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps, please contact your nearest Logitech Authorized
Service Centre with the product, receiver and purchase invoice.
