General Terms and conditions :

 Mode of Supply Goods will supply from Ready stock ( Local Assemble ) .
Warranty Period 12 ( Twelve ) months Warranty of all Spare Parts related to said lift from
the Date of running the lift with ensuring optimum sefty standard and
allowing the authority / Buyer to use the lift of the same for the any loss
or damage Except :

1. Any type fire Explosion , any type Electric Short Circuit , any way
water Pouring , Earthquake , Theft , Riot , Civil Commotion , War,
Malicious Mischief / or any Consequential damage of Such events
2. 3Phase Power Supply at 400 ± 5% VAC / 50Hz by installing
Industrial Voltage Stabilizer or by other means is absence .
3. If Grounding less than 3Ω and Voltage between neutral and ground
around 1.5Vac are absence.
4. Temperature in machine room goes higher than 32% centigrade and
cross ventilation to flow the ambient air is absence.
5. Preventive servicing and maintenance does not carry out by supplier.
free Servicing 12(Twelve ) months maintenance &servicing in free of charge from the
maintenance date of running the lift with ensuring optimum safty standard and
allowing the user / buyers to use the lift of the same without any lift
Operator .
Delivery Delivery of the goods to the project site for starting works within 10
working days (±03 days ) from the date of the first payment made by the
buyer and work order .
Installation That installation of the left in all respect shall be completed by the
Supplier within 30 working days( ± 10 days ) from the date of delivery
the goods to the project site and depending on the shaft condition of the
lift except any civil and decoration works like Tiles fixing , Plastering if
required .
Commissioning& 10 (Ten ) working Days after completing Installation and depending on
Running 3Phase Power Supply connection available in Project site . It is noted that
3Phase Power Supply should be ensured by the buyer 10 days before
commissioning works starting .

Preparatory Works by the Buyer:
Our technical department will be pleased to provide all possible assistance in regard. The
major items of such works are mentioned bellows:-
To facilitate the installation of the lift at site the buyer is to complete all kinds of civil and
preparatory works.
1. Construction of shaft as instructed by our technical department.
2. Construction of the machine room over the shaft and pit with necessary concrete
foundation as per drawing.
3. Provision of power supply at the site for erection works at least Two month before
 the starting Installation.
4. To provide lockable and dry place to serve as a store for tools & erection materials.
the responsibility about the security of the items shall remain vested with the second
party till the completion of the installation.
5. Preparation of erection place at least one week before the beginning of works.
6. TO connect enough power supply to machine room at least two months before
commissioning the lift and also to provide main circuit breaker for motor and light.
7. To provide shaft scaffolding materials.
8. To provide shaft separator beam, if found necessary.
9. The second party shall construct lift shaft along with inside plastering, machine room, shaft
scaffolding etc. as required. In this regard our technical staff will inspect the lift site and
assist with necessary drawing & guidelines.
10. To provide electric main supply up to Machine Room and lighting of lift shaft as well
as machine room.
11. Our technical department will be pleased to provide all technical assistance whenever
it is required.
