TECHNICAL FEATURES:

EMERGENCY OPERATION BY ELECTRICITY :

Under emergency, merely operation through the control panel is allowed, with the
half of running speed and mode as the “overhaul running” within 01 minute.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION :
Under attended-free state, the elevator will make automatic door-closing, stopping
and door-operation as per the passengers.

UPPER AUTOMATIC DOOR- OPENING:

If the elevator is energized when the car ox is just at the area, the car door will automatically
open.

AUTOMATIC DOOR - CLOSING DELAY:

For merely internal selected signal, the time to keep door-open after car stopping is
(present time) seconds,

(THE TIME THE DOOR REMAINS OPENED):

For merely External call signal, 1-2 seconds: and in case of both Internal selected
signal and external call signals, 2tseconds.

CALL FOR OPERATION OF THESE FLOORS :

In case that the elevator is yet not started but. The door is closed or is being closed;
pressing the call button of this loor will make the door automatically open.

TOUCH PLATE OR LIGHT CURTAIN PROTECTION :

If the safety touches board or optical screen actuates during door-closed, operation
will immediately stop and the door will be re-closed, after opening.
AUTOMATIC STOPPING AT FAILURE :
In case that trouble occurs under fast running mode. And the elevator stops at non-
door area, when the safety circuit is switched on and the converter is under normal
working conditions, the elevator will inch towards the intermediate loor to the loor-
alignment position and then open the door.

HALT :
After closing of electrical lock, the elevator will enter the parking state, response no
external calls; automatically return to the locked loor after completing all registered
internal selections.

REPETITIVE DOOR-CLOSING:
If the door-locking circuit is not switched on in a speci ied time after implementing
door-closing command, the elevator will open and re-close the door. If the door
locking circuit is yet not switched on after5 repeated cycles, the elevator will stop for
repair.

DOOR INTERLOCKED PROTECTION:

Only when all doors are interlocked and closed may the elevator be able to run,
otherwise if will stop.

POSITION-LIMIT PROTECTION:
If the elevator detects a limit switch, the entire System during upwards (downwards)
running, it will immediately permanently stop.

LIMIT PROTECTION:
If the elevator triggers a limit switch, the entire system will be de-energized.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING OF ELEVATOR :
In case of trouble, the system will automatically locate the possible causes and show
the trouble message.

ASSESSMENT OF IMMUNITY :
This function is able to correctly asses the grounding of the control panel and shaft
wires.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING:
In case of power failure, the system will automatically turn on the emergency lighting
inside the car box.

DIRECTION SELECTION BY OPERATOR :

In case of operator’s attendance, he may decide the running required direction via
the upward or downward button.

VOICE STOP-INFORMATION :
Under normal condition, the voice unit will announce (OP)
each stop for passengers.
 MAINTENACE AND SERVICE
ELEVATOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE :
Our 12 month quality warranty begins after the elevator has been installed and
inspection by our clients.
During our warranty period, we will send our maintenance technician to maintain
the elevator on site for Free. The maintenance cycle will be controlled on a monthly
basis. If any problems occur during the warranty period, our company specialist will
solve them on priority basis from the moment of noti ication. Before the due to the
quality warranty, we will thoroughly inspect and test the elevator free of charge for
our clients and resolve existing problems if any. During our warranty period, client
can contact us via our 24-hour cell number.

SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR CONTRACT WITH OUR CLIENT:

After Signing the contract with our client we will send our specialist to repair and
maintain the elevator on site, on a regular basis of every 30 days, we respect our
client, arrangements if they have any special requirement is terms of repair and
maintenance Schedule. Our client can call our 24 hour hotline for emergency service.
We provide a thorough inspection annually free of charge, and will repair the
elevator at the most favorable price if needed.

AFTER THE QUALITY WARRANTY PERIOD IS DUE:

The replacement parts should ensure the consistent, sage and ef icient operation of
the elevator, after signing the repair and maintenance contract, the spare parts will
be supplied to our client’s at most favorable price.

TECHNICAL TRAINING:
We will send our maintenance specialists on site to train two members of personnel
free of charges for our clients.

WARRANTY:
Defect Liability Period for this contract shall be 12 months from the issuance of the
Handing/Taking over Certi icate issued by the Enginee r/Manager. During this period
we shall remain responsible for free service and maintenance of the installed
equipment; whereas parts replacement, if any, shall be claimed during this Defect
Liability Period.
 VALIDITY:
This offer will be valid up-to 15 days.

INSTALLATION SCHEDULE: -
Complete installation time of elevator will be 60 days.

INSTALLATION PERIOD: -
Our lump sum contract for supply and installation of 02 No semi imported with
Stainless Steel Design Cabin with Automatic Doors.

Each Lift Price (Rupees: Fourty Eight Lac Only)Rs. 48,00,000/-

For Two Lift The Amount Will Be 96,00,000/-
