DETAILS OF PROJECT WORK

INTRODUCTION

MIG: (Middle Income Group) The household incomes falls under Rs 6 lakh to Rs
12 lakh annual income Recentaly government devided MIG two subcategories.
MIG-1 is categories for people income group under 6 lakh to Rs12 lakh, where
as Rs 12 lakh to Rs 18 lakh per annul Income for MIG-II. The carpet areas for
MIG-I not more than 90 sq.m &MIG-II carpet areas 110sq.m

DETAILS OF PROJECT WORK

➤ SITE SELECTION
We selected a land plot no - 3804 of Bongabari Mouza which is situated just
beside State Highway connecting Purulia to Asansol.
The reason behind the selection of the site is given below
⚫ level ground with good quality of soil.
⚫ calm but reasonably developed location.
 Road connectivity- and other modes of transport.
 Good communication facilities.
 Electricity, water and sewer lines should be available.
 Away from hazardous industries.
 Flood prone areas, water logged areas and reclaimed land should be avoided
Good natural ventilation and lighting.
 The amenities like schools, recreation centers, shopping centers and
hospitals should be there.
 Drainage properties.
 Regular shape with sufficient frontage.
 The area must be sufficient for present and future development.
 The places prone to air and water pollution should be avoided.
 Proper ownership and other legal matters have to be checked before buying
a site.
 The type of land use recommended at proposed site should be checked with
local authorities.

➤ DATA COLLECTION:

 We collected all the structural Planning data from NBC 2016 (SP-7) &
M.CHAKRABORTY.
 Cost of land has been collected from the website of THE DIRECTORATE OF
REGISTRATION & STAMP REVENUE.

➤ PLANS:

 MIG: The household income falls under RS 6 lakh to RS 12 lakh per annual
income. Recently the government divided MIG into two subcategories.
MIG-I is categoriged for people income group under RS 6 lakh to RS 12
lakh, where as RS 12 lakh to RS 18 lakh per annual income for MIG-II. The

sq.m.

 The total building area is distributed in the plot is 195.56 m^2.
 Our project consists of plans, elevations & sections of various structure of
the housing complex. The structures are:
