Applications
For use in applications with a lipophilic base, e.g., soft
gelatin capsules, as well as in aqueous preparations,
e.g., syrups, drops. For the fortification of fats, e.g., in
regular and low-fat margarine as well as in oils and fat
containing foods, such as cakes, biscuits and dairy
products.

Suitability of these applications is presented based solely


on technical feasibility. Local prevailing legal or
regulatory requirements are not considered and should
be observed separately. This product has not been
qualified by BASF for use in applications with specific
requirements (e.g., medical nutrition, infant nutrition).
Since BASF is not testing or manufacture the product to
meet requirements which are applicable for these
applications, it is under the customer’s responsibility to
qualify the product in case the customer intends to use
this product in such applications. BASF disclaims any
representations, warranties and guarantees of fitness for
such particular uses.

Note
The product must be handled in accordance with the
Safety Data Sheet.
