1. Pursuant to annual CITY DIVISION ATHLETIC MEET by all Public and Private
Schools in City of San Jose del Monte , City Meet 2025 scheduled on January 24-
25, February 1,8 and 15 ,2025 at Sapang Palay National High School, CSJDM,
Bulacan.

2. Selected Players to represent in this competition will excuse starting January 06,
2025 for their trainings and actual competition.
3. The purpose of the CITY MEET 2025 is:
a) Assembling a competitive and skilled team for the CLRAA MEET and PALARONG
PAMBANSA.
b) Identify and select talented athletes who can contribute to our team’s success.
c) Providing fun, enjoyment, and recreation to students.
d) Offering a variety of opportunities for developing good leadership skills.
e) Promote sportsmanship and teamwork.

4. Attached in this memorandum are the List of Selected Players and Coaches
(enclosure 1).
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this school memorandum is desired.
