Everest

Everest is a dice game where players roll three dice to cross off numbers on their scoresheet, with the goal of crossing off all 24 spaces to win. Players can score using the value of a single die, the sum of two dice, or the sum of all three dice. The game is similar to Matterhorn and has a variant called Shut The Box, which uses two dice and scores from 1 to 9.

Riffle Shuffle & Roll: How To Play Everest | dice games

To Start: Each player rolls three dice. The player with the highest total
goes first, and play proceeds clockwise.
On Your Turn: Roll all three dice. You must use the result to cross off
one available number on your scoresheet. You can choose from:
The value of a single die.
The sum of any two dice.
The sum of all three dice.
If You Cannot Score: If none of the possible numbers from your roll
are available to be crossed off, your turn ends, and you pass the dice.
How to Win: The first player to cross off all 24 spaces on their
scoresheet wins the game.

Also known as Matterhorn. This is similar to the game of Centennial but

with a difference: Positions in the sequence do not have to be scored in
order.

Kotob's Notes
Shut The Box is a similar game played with 2 dice instead of 3, and the
spaces are from 1 to 9 instead.
