It is very important to notify ahead your teacher of problems
like:

• If your internet connection is lost. (For strong/week connection)


• If you cannot be available in a particular online session because of
considerable reasons. (For strong/week connection)
• If you can join an online session. (For no connection)
• Any problem regarding internet/mobile connection.
• Any difficulties regarding the subject.
• Sickness, death of a loved one, or accidents.
Contact hours:
8:00am to 5:00pm ONLY

Consultation time:
Once the class schedule is done, I will give a
schedule for my consultation time. It will be done
thru mobile communication, Email, or Video call.

Online Students
Should Know
REMEMBER!

All class sessions are recorded!


Place yourself in a manner that is free
from disturbance and with non-
destructive background.

Learning Space
Make sure to join your online class on
and enter at least 5 minutes before the
online session.
Every student is expected to behave well during classes.
You are not allowed to use other gadgets, play games or
music, eat, or do unnecessary activities while online class
is going on.
Communicate properly. Profane words are never
allowed. In cases of conflicts and miscommunication
against your classmates online, please seek the guidance
of your adviser rather than ranting in social media.
Dress code during online sessions:

- Pink polo shirt for Grade 11 females


- White polo shirt for Grade 11 males
Screenshots are not allowed unless approved by
the teacher. Always remember to protect yours,
your teacher and your classmates online identity.

Teachers are expected to share discussion


materials through email or any means intended
for file sharing.
Always turn-on your camera during classes
for identification purposes. Your teacher may
instruct you to turn it off at his/her discretion.
Always turn-off your microphone during
classes, unless you are recognized by the
teacher to talk.

To be recognized by the teacher, just raise your


hand and wait for your turn to talk.
Although sessions will be done online,
kindly prepare also your notebook, ball
pens, and any other learner paraphernalia.
Raise your pointer finger to
notify the teacher that you
need to go to comfort room.

You are only given three to five minutes to


be excused.
Please inform ahead your parents, relatives,
or your housemates if you will be having an
online session to avoid distraction.
Inform your teacher immediately
should you have difficulty in
internet connection.
Should you have any clarifications nor concerns about
the subject matter, do not hesitate to communicate
with your teacher at any available means.
Be courteous. Leave only classes when
the teacher already dismissed you from
the class.
Examination Policies
Exam schedules will just be posted
soon. All exams must be taken online.
Thus, all examiners must prepare their
internet connection.
Attendance,
Absences, & Tardiness
It is very important to notify ahead
your teachers if you will be absent or
late in an online session. However, only
considerable reasons will be accepted.
If the student occurred three absences in an
online session, the teacher will have an
online consultation together with the
parent.
It is highly encouraged to be 5 minutes
early in an online session. If the
student enters 15 minutes after the
online session has started, the student
will be considered late.
Three consecutive tardiness will be
equivalent to one-day absence.
