Plane Angle & Angle Measurements

A plane angle is determined by rotating a ray (half-


line) about its endpoint called vertex.

Conversion Factors:
1 revolution = 360 degrees
= 2π radians
= 400 gradians
= 6400 mils

In any triangle, the sum of any two sides must
be greater than the third side; otherwise no
triangle can be formed.
