It is important to note that the determined aspects (factors) that the learners have considered in
planning for life and career, such as the leaner's goal motivators, must be recognized because these
factors will lead him to his career success that could address the needs of society or may lead him to
halt his career advancement to meet the needs of society. It is also important to note that as the
learners move forward to their career goals they need to recognize their own core work values and
work ethics as well as recognizing other learners work values and work ethics to work harmoniously
as one team. The learners will find themselves in the same predicament as they leave for work, start
a business, go to college, get a middle-level job, or stop advancing their careers. The students have
already learned how to deal and adjust to a changing employment environment.
Version of Me 2.0 is thus a process through which the learner will become prepared not just for the
profession but also for everyday encounters. The student becomes ready to integrate himself into an
organization. Consider My Version 2.0 - you will now be a marketable person for the rest of your life.
