OBJECTIVE
To worship, praise, minister, and give highest glory
to God through the leading of the Holy Spirit as we
dance.
To develop more active members of Dance Ministry,
ensuring that at the end of the year we have growth
in numbers, while maintaining the quality.

To improve dancing skills Conduct workshop ( during school vacation), continuous trainings, & consistent
check in attendance of practice. Monthly evaluation of performance and attitude
will be implemented.
To reduce inactive members Conduct follow up through personal conversation, online message, or home visit.
To solve conflict of schedules Rotation of assignment and groupings per month according to availability
To have guardian’s Team leaders will prepare a general letter that will contain the schedule of dance
authorization related activities, to be signed by their guardian.
To raise funds and budget Team leaders will coordinate with finance. Also, dancers will conduct voluntary
contributions. the Amount will be finalized after all members approval.
