Keynotes:
A sequence is called Geometric if there is a common
ratio for the succeeding terms. This common ratio r is
obtained by dividing a term by its preceding term.
Examples:
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, … common ratio is 2
96, 48, 24, 12, 6, 3, … common ratio is ½ or 0.5
2, 6, 18, 54, 162, … common ratio is 3
2, -10, 50, -250, 1250, … common ratio is -5
162, 54, 18, 6, 2, … common ratio is 1/3
