classroom such as; Youtube videos, PDF’s,
Google survey forms. Depending on their
needs, teachers can use this tool to assign the
work to the entire class or to each student
individually. The Teachers can use this
function to schedule assignments as well.

With this feature, teachers can
choose and create grading system
depending on them. They can select
to the grading system that google
classroom already have, and here

the students earned points to the
maximum grade that they could

by sending invitation using the “Invite
Guardian” to their gmail account. by
accepting this invite parents will receive
notifications about their child’s progress.
 Parents can track the progress of their child
in Google Classroom.
 Parents can also leave comment if they also
have an access to the students assignment,
they can leave comment by clicking the
“add private comment”
 Parent and Teacher can also have a one on
one meeting through Google Hangout.

• Google Classroom is a big time-saver: because all the teaching aid saved in one
place, they don’t have to cost a lot of time where they save the lesson that they need
to discuss.
• Makes teaching more focused and organised: Teachers can access and review
classwork anytime, anywhere, they can also sort tasks based on what to review first,
and customize the grading system for students.
• Student-teacher communication and collaboration is made easy: The Teachers
can easily ask uestion to their students and make schedule of their online meetings to
keep in touch even in a distant learning modality
