combo meal is a combination of a cup of rice, one serving
of vegetables, one serving of meat dish, and a free soup.

We will only get odd number

Since their first child is a girl, we will only get the
outcomes with G as the first child.

Therefore, there are 12 possible outcomes if we
tossed a die and a coin.
