사람과(Hominidae)는 사람, 고릴라, 침팬지, 오랑우탄 등의 대형 유인원을 포함하는 영장류의 한 과이다. 대형 유인원류(great apes)라고도 부른다. 모두 4속 8종으로 분류된다.^[1]
