This agreement allows Diverse Pictures to film scenes for their movie "Last Memory" at Olympic House located in Essex, UK. Diverse Pictures can bring personnel and equipment onto the property and alter or damage any equipment belonging to the grantor if necessary for filming. However, Diverse Pictures must return any altered equipment to its original condition or repair it. The grantor provides permission to Diverse Pictures to use the filmed footage in their movie and future promotions in perpetuity. In exchange, Diverse Pictures will provide an on-screen credit to the grantor's business. Both parties agree to indemnify the other from any liabilities or damages arising from use of the property.
