Class: 1 Date: Saturday 15

This document outlines a lesson plan for a class to teach basic colors (red, yellow, blue) and shapes (circles) to young students. The 80-minute lesson includes introducing the colors through flashcards and a song. Students will then work in groups to color worksheets by color and identify colored objects. They will also listen to a story that reinforces the colors. For evaluation, students will complete individual worksheets circling yellow objects and drawing a red object, then play a game to reinforce the colors by finding colored balls. The goal is for students to learn to identify, pronounce, and relate the basic colors and circles.

Ill show flashcards about objects that stereotypically own that color Ex.
Yellow: sun. Red: car. Blue: mar. etc and ask them to raise the hand if
they know which color is shown, Ill choose to answer one girl and tell

the people on it names and ask the kids if X person have something
yellow or red or blue, depending on what I point at. At the end as they
