1. Click on

Settings Menu

icon on Iphone/Ipod/Ipad main menu.

2. Scroll down to Mails, Contacts and Calendar

Mails, Contacts, Calendars

3. Click on Add Account

Exchange Option

4. Click on Exchange

Exchange Settings

5. In Exchange Setting, please enter the following


a. Email : your full email addressetc
bill.gates@dewhirst.com
b. Password : Your Dewhirst network password
c. Description : Dewhirst O365 Email
6. Now click Next

Auto-Discovery Settings

7. If the auto discovery is successful, then please goto to


step no 9.
8. In the event, the auto discovery does not authenticate, it
will request for manual verification. Please click Accept

Email Security Settings

9. In this screen, you need to enter the Office 365


credentials :a. Email : your email address
b. Server : outlook.office365.com
c. Domain : leave this blank
d. Username : your email address
e. Password : your network password
f. Description : Dewhirst Office365 EMail
10. Once this is done, please click on Done (top right hand corner)

Exchange Sync Settings

11. The screen will pause and once the setting is complete, it
will present the screen for synchronisation.
12. Please select all items to sync except notes.
13. Please set Mail Days to Sync to 1 week or 2 weeks as
this will affect your phone storage.
14. Go back to main screen and click on Mail and you should
have mails syncd for you to view.
