This is a 3/4 Time pattern which is called the 3/4 time

ballad pattern. It is similar to Pattern #1 which is the 4/4
time ballad pattern.

The first time you play a measure of the 3/4 time pattern,
you begin with your left pinky on the root of the chord.
But the SECOND time you play, if you are using the SAME
CHORD, you should start it out with your left middle finger
which would be on a different note, thus giving you more
tonality.

When you listen to the midi file of this pattern, it will be played
back 4 times.

Some easy 3/4 time songs that would go well with this pattern are:
Down In The Valley, On Top Of Old Smokey, and Edelweiss.
