Job Responsibilities:
 To manage consistently the multiple project execution interfaces from detailed
engineering to procurement, construction and site activities.
 Monitor and ensure that Contractor performs all interface activities in accordance with
its obligations under the contract.
 Assist to identify, document, and resolve interface activities of the project team between
disciplines as well as Contractor and its subcontractors.
 Support the Project Manager in resolving all interfaces between Company, Contractor
and its subcontractors.
 Develop and maintain an overall interface Plan for projects covering all identified and
potential interfaces. Ensure the development of an interface plan relative to activities as
per the contract.
 Ensure that all interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and
according to the Project milestone schedule and completion priorities.
 Full coordination between Company and Contractor in all execution areas.
 Technical queries, deviations, changes and actions are closed out in a timely manner.
