Routine cares

Avoid the followings for routine care:

● Organic solvent like thinner, alcohol
and etc.,
● high-pressure autoclave
● EOG sterilization
● ultrasonic cleaning
If not avoided, it may cause malfunctions.

Battery

The normal period for replacing battery

is 3 years, which may be shortened
depending on the usage conditions.
For safety purpose, earlier replacement
with the specified type of battery is
suggested.

When OT-701 may have to be stored for

a long period, charge battery fully once
a half-year in order to avoid excessive
discharge.

Charging
Connect Power cord with AC power
receptacle and plug socket.
When lights, it starts to charge.
In approx. 30 hours, the battery will be

47
Refreshing
Whenever OT-701 is connected with AC
power, battery charging action is performed.
However, when charging is repeated
before full discharge, the battery
performance is lowered. Refreshing of
battery in once a half-year is suggested,
accordingly.

《Refreshing procedure》

1 Connect with AC power and charge battery

for 30 hours to get it fully charged.

2 Disconnect Power cord and switch over to

operation on battery.

3 Set flow rate to the maximum, i.e. 450 mL/hr

and volume limit to free[- - - - ].
Then, keep pump working till power is
automatically terminated.
●OT-701 pump keeps working even
when the alarm continues.
●The power is terminated in approx.
