AFFIDAVIT of RECANTATION

I, X, 33 years old, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of P-2 Mitacas,


Baliangao, Misamis Occidental, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1. That, I am the School Property Custodian of A;

2. That I am included as witness in the Criminal Case ____ for Oral defamation
against Y before the MCTC Calamba-Baliangao;

3. That I am withdrawing my statements on the said Judicial Affidavit submitted to


the Honorable Court ;

4. That I deny the declarations appeared on the said affidavit;

That I execute this Affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, Affiant sayeth none.
