EY Global Delivery Services India LLP (“EY GDS”) is pleased to inform you that based on your FY18 Reward
Category, your annual fixed compensation has been revised, effective 1 October 2018. Your annual fixed
compensation for the period 1 October 2018 to 30 September 2019 will be INR 3,92,393.

At the conclusion of FY19, if you have met quality, risk and performance standards you will be eligible for the
EY GDS Variable Pay Bonus Program.

Variable pay percentages, and how they correlate to the various reward categories, may change year on year
based on EY, EY GDS, business unit and personal performance. Payment of any variable pay bonus is subject to
you being employed with EY GDS as on the date of payment of variable pay bonus. The FY19 variable pay bonus
payable will be communicated on or before 30 September 2019.

All the components and benefits are as per EY GDS’ policies and are subject to change from time to time. Please
refer to the payroll database (https://payrolloneviewgssindia.ey.net/EY/home.do) for a detailed breakup of your
fixed compensation structure. All the other terms and conditions of your employment remain the same.

Your compensation details are strictly confidential and should not be disclosed with anyone within EY GDS.
