RE: SALARY ADJUSTMENT

We are pleased to inform you that your basic salary shall be adjusted from RM 12,375.00
(Ringgit Malaysia: Twelve Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Five Only) to RM 5,000.00 (Ringgit
Malaysia: Five Thousand Only) per month effective 01 November 2019.

Your salary adjustment is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

1. Your title will be remained as Chief Executive Officer. The Management reserves the
right to assign you additional responsibilities from time to time.

2. Working days will be 3 days a week

3. All other benefits, terms and conditions of your employment shall remain unchanged.

We look forward to receive your continued dedication and services to the Company to achieve
its overall objectives and better profitability.

Please indicate your acceptance of the above by signing and returning the duplicate to the
undersigned.
