OBJECTIVES:

To excel in the in the field of design, engineering and construction to learn new ideas and Technologies
Also to achieve a challenging position that will allow me to utilize my education, skill and Personal abilities
to its fullest. Interested in pursuing my carrier in heavy construction and domain like oil
and gas,fertilizers,petrochemical etc.

MY QUALIFICATION & CREDENTIAL INCLUDES:

 Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Konkan Gyanpeeth College Of Engineering

Affiliated to the University of Mumbai and recognized by all India Council of Technical
Education (AICTE).
 Around 3 Years of work experience in oil and gas, petrochemical project
and Industrial Maintenance.

 BE in Mechanical Engineering from Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering

Job Profile:

 Planning, Supervision and Monitoring of the various activities in construction as erection,

fit up and fabrication on site, as per Isometric Drawings, G. A Drawing or Detail Drawings.
 Working with small bore for utility station pipe lines as Nitrogen, steam of high pressure
and low pressure, utility air and utility water pipe lines and large bore pipe for high
pressure lines, Acid hydrocarbon lines (AH), Steam condensate lines (60psi), steam lines
(600psi), Relief line (RL) of different material as carbon steel, Stainless steel and
Low temperature carbon steel (LTCS), Copper-Ni pipes of different sizes and schedule
 Control of materials on site, the material comings from main store and fabrication shop
to site as piping spools, fittings, pipe supports, bolt and gaskets, giving color coding for the
easy identification and line number on spool and arrangement and coordination for site
material requirement.
 Create and define the status of Test Package, to control and perform activities regarding
Piping TP in a systematic and Following up the issues within TP by coordination with other
Sections such as Engineering, QC and construction and find a solution
 Monitoring Daily Progress Report on site and Daily Welding Reports (DWR) and planning
to increase daily erection.
 Fit up and welding of pipes and other structures and reporting all daily progress report to
section head of the area.
 Following the construction activities as per standards of main client (SAUDI ARAMCO) and
clearing QC comments related to punch items. And controlling all the documents as per the
construction requirement.
 To review various Engineering Drawings and ensured implementation of designs and plans on site.
 Maintain records of material and human resources.
 Responsible for checking the quality of material on sites to meet standards
 Perform the work in co ordination with QA/QC team.
 Monitoring safety on the site and organizing weekly tool box meting to follow the safety on site.

(Blast furnace, electrode melting arc furnace) boilers, heat Exchanger, Turbine,
Cooling tower, chimneys, electric overhead cranes, bucket used for carrying raw metals
and scrap, hot mould and cold mould, hot pond, cold pond, their operation and working.

 Operation of electrode melting arc furnace.

 Formation of steel from raw material or scrap at about 1200 deg cel-1400 deg cel.

 Material handling equipment and machinery like Belt conveyor.

ACADEMIC PROJECT:

Project Title: Analysis and optimization of ELECTRPOLISHING of SS304 Stainless steel

Description: My project was aimed at “Analysis and optimization of ELECTRPOLISHING
Of SS304 Stainless steel”, which was completed by me to the best of my knowledge.
The aim of Project was to see the quantitative effect of material removal rate (MRR)
and surface Finish Factor (SFF) on the four parameters namely current density, time,
temperature and gap between the electrodes.
