b. explain the importance of active recreation in maintaining an active lifestyle; and
c. make a plan on how to utilize their daily free time for recreation.

Direction: Each student is to fill up a matrix in a sheet of paper on what recreational activities
they want to add in their daily living.
Grading Criteria:
Time managing - 50%
Effectiveness of activity - 30%
Effort and Content - 20%
