PRODUCTS MASTER
All NPCI Products are Displayed in Products as shown in Fig 1.4 Only Super
Admin can add Products .Click on Explore and Go To Departments

MAIL CONFIGURATION MASTER:

Click on Department For Mail Configuration. Here Admin and Super-Admin can
configure mails based on mailId and password and provide exception for Mail
Configuration.

User Management Contains Two Tabs:
NPCI USERS
In Leave Management Admin can Select Users who are on leave on that day, or from time
period so Admin can mark users on leave or available based on which queries will be assigned
to users

Query Master Has Tabs:
QUERY STATUS
Only Admin Can add Query Status

Admin Can Reassign Queries of one or more users to other user or route query to other

They can view the details of query by clicking on reqId and can change the status and give
remarks and upload files as shown in Fig 1.32

FORGOT PASSWORD
Click on Forgot Password a model will pop up. Enter Your registerd email Id. You will be
redirected to reset password where you will have to submit OTP which is been received on
your mail and new passworg.
