Requirement NDT is done as per the customer requirement for


assuring the quality of the product
Potential Failure Mode Defect is not detected while doing the NDT inspection
may reach to the customer
Potential Effects of Failure 1. Material may reject, rework or take the deviation
from the customer.

Potential Causes of Failure 1. NDT machine is not working or calibrated


2.Input material is having the defect
3. Unskilled work man.
