I.Executive summary
Taro Delicacies, is the newest and unique delicacy store that made up of from our local

and native ingredients. It is also confident in preparing high quality delicacies, with rich flavors,

natural and preservative-free ingredients that add extra thing in your everyday meal. It is also

affordable for the customers. The company plans to build a strong market position in the town

for the next generations. Taro Delicacies aims to offer its products at a competitive price to meet

the demand of the middle-to higher-income local market area residents and tourists

Our fresh taro that freshly delivers from our trusted suppliers to satisfy all the wants and

expectation of our customers. Taro contains high level of vitamin A, C, E and B6 as well as zinc,

magnesium and iron that surely good in our body. Taro Delicacies will be located at Blk 110 Lot

2 Cristo Rey, Capas, Tarlac in which the area have a comfortable couches and have a elegant

furnishings. It will be a perfect place to stop in for some small talks from your friends or family

and have a bite in to our Taro Delicacy.

The service will be very friendly and correct. Taro Delicacy will hire the people that will

be a best fit to serve every customers and will make sure that they have the training that they

needed. The ultimate goal of the Taro Delicacies is not just by being a successful restaurant but a

restaurant that will make sure that customers will be relaxed and secured while eating our

delicacies.
II. Company Profile

Taro delicacies is one of the newest store that offers native product made of taro (Gabi).

Located at Blk. 110Lot 2, Cristo Rey Capas Tarlac, near Christian church. Customer can easily

locate it because it is along the center road. At the same time it is within tha area of Schools like

APCSI and GSCCA School.

Taro Delicacies is managed by Cristel Dailig, who lives at Blk. 95 Lot 92 at Cristo Rey,

Capas Tarlac. Studied Humanities and Social Sciences at Cristo Rey High School. When she was

a child she’s fund of managing things. She’s good in handling and organizing her things.

Owned by Princess Joy Quiambao also a student and an Entrepreneur studying at Cristo

Rey High School. She loves to cook wherein the ingredients came from her grandmother. As she

grows up, she taught of innovating those ingredients that came from her grandmother. And were

taro started.

III. Business History

Taro Delicacies was established back in 2000. Taro delicacies came from the great

grandmother of Princess who loves cooking delicacies. She started selling in front of their house

until her customers patronized it and her small business expand in their province. The

exceptional quality of her products and her devotion resulted increasing the demands. Having

passionately served the community with the type of root crop(Gabi) and traditional ingredients

prepared to original Filipino recipe, containing natural ingredients such as condensed milk, fresh

coconut milk, and fresh coconut strips, Taro Delicacy become synonymous with trust, quality

and exceptional taste.

 Taro Delicacies are available among retail stores in Barangay Cristo Rey Capas Tarlac

and our supply chain spreads across all major barangay in Capas with expert and friendly sales

staff ready to assist you in selling and customer support services.

We use affordable prices to provide our customers the new and unique food. Whatever

people love about food, we aim to ensure they can trust us to experience and taste a delicious and

affordable food.

At Taro Delicacies, we maintain strict processes that assure the quality of our product.

V. Operational plan
Taro delicacies opens at 8:00am to 9:00pm every week days. 6:00am-6:00pm during

week ends . Where in our waiters will took your orders if you dine in and serve it in just 3-5

minutes and if you will take out your orders we will serve it based on your chosen in our menu.

We accept reservation for special events such as parties, birthday and receptions. In our first day

opening we will have a free taste for the first fifty customers.
