 Conducts performance evaluation training and monitors department’s performance in
conducting the performance evaluation.
 Assist to prepare human resources planning process, to determine the Company’s long-
term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers
and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.

Employee Engagement
 Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, picnics &
parties.
 Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-
mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy.
Assistance & Correspondence
 Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter,
increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice,
experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
 Preparing Business correspondence in a professional manner. Maintaining an effective
filing and follow-up system for all correspondence and documents. Preparation of
Agenda for meetings and Transcribe minutes of meeting. Screening Incoming mails and
visitors, and General Office Management.
