PROJECT : JAWA-1 COMBINED CYCLE GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT (1760MW) MONDAY (24/8/2020) i. Insert the data of Pipe Support Regen 11 into Microsoft Excel
i. Fit-up, visual & weld Inspection record ii. Painting & Blasting Report iii. Punch list iv. for Fit-up, visual & weld Inspection record. ii. Insert the data into Microsoft Excel for
DFT check v. Tie-in point report Painting & Blasting Report TUESDAY (25/8/020) i. Went to manufacturing factory and
check whether the tagging for all the valve is complete and put on the tagging for
which valve has none tagging. ii. Assist Mr Akif (QC Inspector) to prepare the punch
list report. WEDNESDAY (26/8/2020) i. Went to manufacturing factory for Dft check for
structural skid ii. Check whether the put on tagging is the right tagging iii. Went for
loose pipe Dft check and check whether the tagging is right iv. Prepare for the Tie-in
point Report THURSDAY (27/8/2020) i. Went to manufacturing factory to check the
tagging for all structural skid. ii. Put on tagging on which miss labelled skid. FRIDAY
(28/8/2020) i. Went to manufacturing factory to confirm whether all the pipe for area 11,
area 21 and Regen area has the same quantity as in the list.
Note : Please include attachment whenever necessary
