PERSONAL EVALUATION
OF THE
TRAINING PROGRAM
PERSONAL EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM

Reaction paper by the trainee to include comments on the

following areas:

1. Significant Achievements
I have developed my own skills so that I can manage my chosen field of
strength in the future.
2. Technical skills and new technology learned
I improved some of my technical skills in my on-the-job training like how
to communicate to workers and to the head of the company. I additionally
learned new innovation in regards to structural works and I understood
the enormous change of the old methods to a new and advance
innovation that are we utilizing right now in performing structural works
3. Equipment, machinery, testing apparatus, etc., handled
I was able to see how the jackhammer used. And, I learned how they use
it because of the guide of the lead man.
4. Experiences with the company personnel involved in the training

The head of the company and their staff is willing to help to improve my
skills. They don't treat me like ah trainee but one of them. And the
company will prioritize each other’s safety

5. Strong points
The strong points of the training program are allowing the opportunity for
the understudies to be acclimated on the real work of the picked field of
strength.

6. Weak points and suggested solutions

The weak points of the training program, is lack of time. I suggest giving
quite a long time for preparation.
V
RECOMENDATIONS
RECOMMENDATIONS
A. Potential of the company as a training ground
 Availability and appropriateness of facilities, equipment and machinery;

In this company as a trainee, I can say that this is the good company for
training program. Because they begin in the small details, up to you have
enough knowledge about the work. For the equipment that what you
need, this company will give you the equipment that in good condition.

 Company personnel cooperation;

This company has the good staff, they are sharing their knowledge about
the work. And they help me to grow my technical skills about the work.

B. Duration of training (too long or too short)

During my stay in this company, I enjoy a lot working with the personnel
and with the job so for me the duration of training short but not too short,
I still learned a lot of things from them.

C. Suggestions for the improvement of the training program

Add more training time for some of the trainee, and keep on making
programs that can help the student be familiar on the working site, like
seminars/webinar, plant visit and more actual work activity.

D. Advise to future On-the-Job Trainees

To the future on-the-job trainee, always remember the saying, time is gold.
10 minutes or less than 1 minute of late to attend in training program you
missed a lot experience/knowledge of your trainee. Always obey on the
assigned personnel to you and don’t think that you’re already a professional
engineer and they are your staff. Remember that you need them to grow
your knowledge about the job. And everything you do, do your best not
only to pass the subject but to learn and gain knowledge from the
experience during the training period
