Title: Develop a Task Sheet
Performance Objective:
Given one Learning outcome you choose/assigned to you from your session
plan, you should be able to develop Task Sheet for the skills contents of the learning
outcome following standard format.
Equipment: PC with internet connection
Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the Task Sheet format in the PTS folio template.
2. Based on your previously chosen Learning outcome from your session plan,
develop the Task Sheets of all the skills contents.
3. Develop a Performance Criteria Checklist that will assess the performance of
the trainee.
4. Evaluate your own output using the performance criteria checklist.
5. Present your output to your facilitator through google drive shared to your
facilitator’s email (tmlachica@tesda.gov.ph)
