1 Purpose

This scope item supports activities required for the Preventive Maintenance (BJ2) and Corrective Maintenance (BH1) scope items. Once the cost is recorded in the YBA1 - Maintenance Order, YBA2
- Preventive Maintenance, and YBA3 - Unplanned Maintenance order types, this scope item is executed as a follow-up for settlement, closing and reporting.
This document provides a detailed procedure for testing this scope item after solution activation, reflecting the predefined scope of the solution. Each process step, report, or item is covered in its
own section, providing the system interactions (test steps) in a table view. Steps that are not in scope of the process but are needed for testing are marked accordingly. Project-specific steps must be
added.

2 Prerequisites

This section summarizes all the prerequisites for conducting the test in terms of systems, users, master data, organizational data, other test data and business conditions.

2.1 System Access

System Details
System Accessible via SAP Fiori launchpad. Your system administrator provides you with the URL to access the various apps assigned to your role.

2.2 Roles
Assign the following business roles to your individual test users.
Note The following roles are provided as example roles from SAP. You can use these as templates for your own roles.

2.3 Master Data, Organizational Data, and Other Data

The organizational structure and master data of your company has been created in your system during activation. The organizational structure reflects the structure of your company.
The master data represents materials, customers, and vendors, for example, depending on the operational focus of your company. Use your own master data to go through the test procedure. If you
have installed an SAP Best Practices baseline package, you can use the following baseline package sample data:

4.1 Execute Settlement for Service Order

Purpose

If the selection variant is not created, create selection variant YBLSV_SRV by selecting order type YBA1,YBA2,
YBA3, and Order number by using Create Selection Variant to the right of the selection variant field. To create a
selection, follow the steps below:
1. Choose Selection Variant.
2. Enter variant name, for example YBLSV_SRV and choose Create.
3. On the Edit Variant for Order Type view, use the multiple Selection button and enter YBA1, YBA2, YBA3 and
select Copy (F8). You can also enter the order number in the Order field.
4. Choose Attributes (F6) and Enter Description of your choice.
5. Choose Save (Ctrl+S) and Back (F3).
Note You can also edit the selection variant to add more orders.
