TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that PESONET CAFE owned by RICHEL L. NARZABAL, is


located at Purok Saging, Dicoloc, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental. With approximate
distance of 200 meters from the Dicoloc Elementary School, in compliance to all
Barangay ang LGU Ordinances. This permit is subjected to be revoked upon
transpiring from any unfavorable complaints.

Given this 9th day of March, 2020 at Dicoloc, Jimenez, Misamis Occidental
Philippines.

NOTE:

This certification must be renewed quarterly. Barangay Ordinance stated that


a curfew hour to minors is 8:00 pm and adults are 10:00 pm.

This certification is valid until June 6, 2020.
