A RESOLUTION ORGANIZING THE
GENDER AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (GADC)

WHEREAS, the May 14, 2018 Synchronized Barangay & SK Elections gives a new mandate to
the newly elected barangay officials;

WHEREAS, it is observed that while the council is appropriating some amount for Gad, policies
and plans for Gender and Development are not defined;

NOW THEREFORE, on Joint Sponsorship;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby Resolved to organize the GADC of Barangay _________,


________, ______________ as follows;

Chairperson: __________________ - Punong Barangay

Members:

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the committee shall meet in not later than September 28, 2018 to
discuss its functions, meetings, Secretariat and such other matters deemed necessary for the
committee to function as required;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that copy of this Resolution be furnished each member for their
information and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
